Order Acceptance and Cancellation by Store
Your order is considered confirmed only after successful payment or verification of COD details. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion if there is a pricing error, product unavailability, suspicion of fraudulent activity, or incomplete information. If your order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Order Cancellation by Customer
Customers may request to cancel their order within 12 hours of placing it, provided the order has not already been processed or shipped. Once the order is dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.
