At Urban Loft, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and securely so you can enjoy your products without delay.

Delivery Timelines

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Standard delivery timelines across India are between 5–9 business days, depending on your location. Metro cities may receive orders faster, while remote areas may take slightly longer. Please note that weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We provide COD for most pin codes in India to make your shopping experience hassle-free. However, in rare cases where COD is not available, we will notify you and request a prepaid payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

Delays

While we strive to deliver all orders on time, unforeseen circumstances like courier delays, weather conditions, or regional restrictions may occasionally affect timelines. In such cases, our team will keep you informed and ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible.
