Refund policy
At Urban Loft, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet expectations, and we are here to help.
Returns
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within seven days of delivery. To qualify, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Please note that certain categories such as personal-use or hygiene products are non-returnable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, refunds for prepaid orders will be credited back to the original payment method, while refunds for cash-on-delivery orders will be issued via UPI or bank transfer. Refunds are processed within seven business days after we receive the returned item.
Exchanges
We only replace products that are defective, damaged, or sent incorrectly. If you need an exchange for the same product, please contact our support team, and we will arrange the replacement.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within forty-eight hours of delivery. We will verify the issue and arrange either a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
